Japan's Conspiracy (140)

Serial Killer Kiyoshi Okubo

On the Japanese Wikipedia's "January 22", I found the article of Kiyoshi Okubo's execution. He was a serial killer and was executed on January 22, 1976. His case is one of the inexplicable cases. But the investigation revealed completely different implications. Though I wonder if you understand it to the full, let me show you the result below.

According to previous cases, the key information is the date the police arrest the suspect.

Hideki Tojo and Kazuyoshi Miura
Hayashi Masumi and Hasina Wajed
Fusako Shigenobu and the US presidential election

Kiyoshi Okubo was arrested on May 14, 1971. I searched for the words "May 14 and Okubo" on the Google search engine. The result was surprising and ominous. The site listed at the top was the site explaining Okubo Toshimichi. Though he is regarded as one of the main founders of modern Japan, there is little information about his biography. He was assassinated on May 14, 1878.

According to previous cases, the key information often includes the name of the place related to the big event.

Shiina-machi in Teigin Case and the Father of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali Jinnah
Beijing 2008 Olympics and the torch relay in Nagano
the Mino-Owari earthquake and the Statue of Liberty

Okubo Toshimichi was assassinated at "清水坂", or Kiyomizuzaka, in Tokyo. There is again a pun between the name of the place Kiyomizuzaka and the name of the killer Kiyoshi Okubo. Kiyoshi is written in Japanese as "清", the same Chinese character. Those days, a well-known person related to Okubo Toshimichi was only current Prime Minister Taro Aso. To tell the truth, he is a direct descendant of Okubo Toshimichi.

Cup noodles and Taro Aso

I searched "the year 1971" on the Japanese Wikipedia's Taro Aso's site and I found an argument on cup noodles. The conversation was made at the Upper House Foreign Relations and Defense Committee last year. But it was really a funny and ridiculous argument. And I believed that there had been some implications.

In 1966, Aso worked in Sao Paulo for his family company, Aso Corporation, at the age of 26. The consolidated sales of this company was about 1.4 billion dollars in 2005. Sao Paulo is a metropolis where money laundering is rampant.

From 1970 to 1972, he worked for a diamond mining operation in Sierra Leone. Cup noodles began to be sold in 1971. Aso must have eaten them in Sierra Leone. That's why he said a higher price. Generally speaking, Japanese food is two or three times as expensive in foreign countries. If that's the case, Aso may have said the truth. Whatever the case may be, the discussion in the Diet provokes a compelling suspicion. I investigated the history of Sierra Leone.

Sierra Leone is one of the countries that are little known in Japan. Its history is incomparably longer and more complicated than those of any countries in Africa. I don't mean the period of the country's history, but I mean the volume of history. The story will be long. So, let me talk about it in the next page.

Duel At Ganryu Island (added on September 29, 2010)

I have missed an important historic date. Okubo Toshimichi was killed on May 14, 1878. The day was April 13, 1878 in the Japanese calendar. To tell the truth, April 13th is the day a famous duel was fought on Ganryu Island in Yamaguchi Prefecture in 1612.

There is more to it than that. Both a rebellion leader, Eto Shimpei, and a samurai of the Tokugawa shogunate, Kiyokawa Hachiro, were killed on that date.

In addition the date when Kiyokawa Hachiro was killed was May 30, 1863 in the Gregorian calendar. In fact, Joan of Arc, patroness of soldiers and of France was burned at the stake on May 30, 1431. She is often related to the Japanese history.

reference The day when Okubo was arrested was April 20, 1971 in the Japanese calendar. And It was the 100th anniversary of the introduction of the modern postal service in Japan (April 20, 1871). In this case, the criminal's name "Okubo" was also the pun on Toshimichi Okubo who actually introduced the postal service.

Japan's Conspiracy (141)

Japanese Imperial Headquarters

Japanese have had no hesitation in using the word "Great Evil". It has been a sanctuary and a taboo. The great evil was often said to be the yakuza-crime syndicate, the financial combine, or the ministry of finance. But they finally got to know that it was the judicial authorities including the police.

In reality, however, the highest authorities never reveal their ugly truth. The yakuza-crime syndicate, the financial combine, and the ministry of finance turned out to be red herrings.

For many years, Japanese media have lionized them. They said that Japanese bureaucrats were excellent in contrast with the second-rate Japanese politicians and that the Japanese police were the world's best. But Japanese finally are knowing that it was the Japanese government's propaganda. Ordinary Japanese have been deceived.

Koban have been said to be an example of the excellent Japanese police system. But from the viewpoint of the people who are abused by the police, they are just the monitoring system not on criminals or suspects but on their potential opponents.
Japanese Police

National Police Agency
Head Quarters in Tokyo

I used to work at an office near a koban in the center of Kagoshima City and I often visited it on business. But I didn't feel any heartwarming atmospheres that we occasionally felt in the TV police drama. There were few people who asked directions at the koban. I mostly saw policemen swaggering in and out the koban.

I rarely visit a koban for asking directions. Tobacco stores and convenience stores are more convenient than kobans. After all, the popular image of kobans has been created by the media. Today, kobans around my community are nonfunctional. As a matter of fact, they have been dysfunctional at least for the past 30 years.

Takanori Okubo and Okubo Toshimichi

Japanese media have been somewhat crazy these days. They create one parody after another. They took Takanori Okubo as a parody on Okubo Toshimichi. The heavyweight in the Aso administration's law enforcement authorities is Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary Iwao Uruma.

Every Japanese knows that their leaders officially give admirable instructions, but that their true intentions are opposite. Most company executives and political leaders speak out the abolishment of empty forms, but they in reality get away with corruption and huge embezzlement. The slogan, "Let's abolish empty forms", was another version of exactly the same slogan which had been shouted just after the Marco Polo Bridge Incident on July 7, 1937.

Prime Minister Aso appointed Mr. Uruma deputy chief Cabinet secretary in order to investigate the health condition of his archenemy, Ichiro Ozawa, leader of the main opposition Democratic Party of Japan, and to find out the business scandal of the party's bigwig.

In fact, Mr. Ozawa is said to have suffered from angina.

Korean Air Flight 858

Though I have always wanted to write about this incident, I have left it on the back-burner. But, as the meeting of former North Korean agent Kim Hyon-Hui with the family of a woman who is believed to have been kidnapped by North Korea has made headlines, I am writing about it in a hurry.

As many web sites, including Wikipedia, point out, the purpose of the terror was obviously to sabotage Olympics.

Korean Air is among the top 20 airlines in the world airlines in terms of passengers carried. Korean Air Cargo has been ranked the world's top commercial airline cargo operation for two consecutive years (2004~2005).

The airline industry has drastically changed. Ryanair is the world's largest airline in terms of international passenger numbers. The airline is characterised by the success of its low cost business model. Ryanair announced a seat sale with seats from £0.99 on its routes ex UK on April 15, 2005.

Korean Air Flight 801 Aug. 6, 1997 2 AM 4 PM(Aug. 5) S. Korea US

Among the crashes, I don't find any specific suspicious information. Some interesting coincidences are August 6 (the dropping of an atomic bomb on Hiroshima), September 1 (1923 Great Kanto earthquake) and August 31, 1997 (the death of Princess Diana).

But I finally searched the date "November 29" in this site by Google search engine. The result showed only this page indicating Jacques Chirac's birthday.

Olympic Issues

Most media reported that North Korea had intended to destabilize the South Korean government, to disrupt upcoming elections and to frighten teams from attending the Seoul Olympics. But the bombing of the Korean Air jet left quite a few questions unanswered.
  1. Olympic host nations officially expect more participants but, to tell the truth, their real intention is usually opposite. They wish their nation would be highly ranked in the Olympic games. Every nation is interested in boosting its national prestige.

In 1940, Japan instigated the US and the UK to boycott the Tokyo Olympics. However, as the world community boycotted it, Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. In the end, Japan went so far as to hold its own Olyimpics with its allies.

  2. There have been quite a few plane crashes that are related to the Olympic Games, such as "Air India Flight 182" and "Continental Connection Flight 3407". But the motives are very complicated. Because transparent deceit often backfires and government agents know the risk very well. At least, they are not that stupid.

  3. North Korea's terrorism really backfired, falling far short of their expectations. Although the USSR and Eastern European countries didn't directly denounce North Korea, they frowned at the terrorism. The USSR and China went so far as to establish diplomatic relations with South Korea after the Olympics in 1990 and in 1992, respectively.

It's hardly possible that North Korea, which practices insidious brinkmanship diplomacy, failed to expect the backfired result. Then, why did North Korea make such a blunder? Here, I only can explain it by indicating the collusion between Japan and France.

  4. We cannot deny that Japan has had something to do with some wars and disasters over Olympic Games.

Collusion between Japan and France

There have been quite a few cases of collusion between the two countries. But, as their conspiracy has been always crafted as if the event had occurred by pure coincidence, it hasn't been easy to see into their conspiracy. So, let me show some outstanding cases below.

Jacques Chirac

There are many things we don't know about Chirac. He often appears in dubious events but Japanese media fail to report it. In Japan there have been increasingly a lot of strange news. Probably the Japanese government adds the pressure on the media. The government doesn't want them to report really interesting news. I have thought that I might be the only person who criticizes Chirac. In the Internet, however, I have found a variety of news about him.

Yasser Arafat's poisoning controversy

Chirac's secret bank account in Japan

Teresa Teng and Kim Hyon-Hui

Both of them share a similar impression. Probably they were Chirac's favorite type. Teresa Teng died on May 8, 1995, when Chirac's victory in the presidential election was confirmed. Two North Korean agents including Kim Hyon-Hui are said to have blown up a South Korean airplane on November 29, 1987. The day was Chirac's birthday.

Kim Hyon-Hui is probably Japanese.

Similarities of Japanese media coverage between Japan Airlines Flight 123 and Korean Air Flight 858

  1. There were confusions around the media coverage of Japan Airlines Flight 123. Some Japanese reports about Korean Air Flight 858 turned out to be false.

  2. In both cases, there were inappropriate or unnecessary responses by the government, particularly by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the police.

Kim Hyon-Hui Comes to Japan

On July 20, 2010, the Japanese governemnt waived strict immigration controls to allow her to meet the relatives of two Japanese citizens snatched by North Korean agents in the late 1970s. However, critics denounced the visit as a stunt designed to deflect attention from Japan's failure to establish the fates of Yokota and other abductees. Hyon-Hui had already spoken to some of the victims' families and was not expected to offer any new information.

Japan's Conspiracy (143)

Policemen's Rebellion

A policeman sniped Takaji Kunimatsu, then chief of the National Police Agency on March 30, 1995. He survived terrible injury. It is said that this case will reach the statute of limitation next year. Japanese major crimes are often inexplicable.

I found a similar event in the 1830s in Japan. A samurai policeman plotted a rebel against the samurai police organization on March 25, 1837.

Both cases share the Japanese tradition of doing "YARASE" or giving a "fake performance".

A big difference between Japanese and Western attitudes is said to be that Japanese set a high value on the virtue of modesty while Western people think assertiveness is much more important.

However, once we examine this Japanese trait, we know that the Japanese value of modesty is almost the result of conspiracies. So, let me show an understandable example.
When I was young, there was a colleague who had no ear for music in the office. At that time, karaoke and good singers were popular. But, strangely enough, he frequently went so far as to sing just before his important boss.

But, when his boss finally became the president after climbing up the company's corporate ladder, I realized the reason.

My colleague had been actually prepared as a foil to ensure the boss's promotion. In Japan promotion is often a foregone conclusion. Some company presidents, when they were employed, knew that they would be presidents in the future. My colleague was employed just for this purpose. But this scenario is critical for explaining the Japanese social phenomena.

Believe it or not, Geisha were originally males. Traditionally speaking, professional apple-polishers were not women but men.
Tenrikyo Headquarters image

Takaji Kunimatsu

the site Mr. Kunimatsu

the site where Oshio
Heihachiro died

Today, Japanese strong men rarely boast of their power and they usually seem to be humbler than others. Their superficial virtue of modesty only shows that they really have the power. Generally speaking, once their authority is undermined, they have to choose one out of two different strategies. One is to cling to power with an iron fist and another one is to give up their power. But, in Japan, they have one more choice.

When an organization is in critical condition, some low-level cronies intentionally rebel against their leadership, somewhat very awkwardly. Suddenly the leaders fight back. Then the rebellion turns out to be a farce. The leaders suddenly regain popularity by media hoopla.

Nowadays in Japan, strange events are reported one after another. But most of them are fake reports. Their purpose is to impress the public with the courageous and heroic control by the police and the judicial authorities. But, as the condition becomes extremely critical, they need extreme fake events, too.

The Japanese central government was hit by a serious crisis in 1837 and in 1995. The Tenpo famine began in 1832 and lasted until 1839. However, corruption among samurai policemen spread extensively and some policemen illegally took reserved rice in collusion with the samurai bureaucracy. The police regime lost people's trust. People's mood was something like that on the eve of the revolution.

On the other hand, in 1995, the de facto perpetual ruling party, the Liberal Democratic Party, was in crisis. They couldn't win the majority in the general election in 1993. They joined the coalition government but they couldn't win the prime minister's seat. The year 1995 was the final opportunity for the LDP and the bureaucrats to regain their power. Then, major events occurred one after another. The Great Hanshin earthquake, the sarin gas attack on the Tokyo subway and the shooting of the chief of the National Police Agency occurred on January 17, on March 20 and on March 30, respectively.

Oshio Heihachiro's rebellion and the shooting of the police bureaucrat have several things in common.

  1. Low-level policemen rebel against the corrupt police authorities, only to end up making a fool of themselves. The police authorities succeed in branding those critics as freaks.

  2. In the end, criminals are not specified and nobody is arrested or indicted. The event is vaporized in the air.

  3. The authorities have a sense of security. However, although the situation seems to be improved, the problem only gets profound, like the painkiller which never cures the disease.
As far as I know, Oshio's rebellion is the oldest fake performance. I thought that this fabrication was part of the Japanese tradition but I have found that this fabrication began around the 18th century. If it is true, the current Japanese government practices the same fabrication as the former samurai government did. This is the reason why I argue that the current Japanese government is actually the transformation of the past samurai government. Samurai system is maintained steadily behind the stage, neglecting the modern democracy.

Suspicions about the shooting of the police bureaucrat

Some Japanese criminal events are well-prepared and it is often all the more easy to penetrate their conspiracies.
  1. The place of the shooting is suspicious. The condominium looks out the Sumida River as the map shows. There are only factories on the opposite bank. There are few places where the condominium faces factory site in the metropolitan Tokyo area. The site is the best place for shooting without a witness.

  2. The date of the shooting is suspicious. The next day was the Japanese banks' accounting date. At that time, Japanese banks with huge non-performing loans were going to close accounts the next day. The date was the best opportunity to distract people's attention.

  3. The time of the shooting was suspicious. In the early morning, there are few workers in the factories. In order to recognize the shooting from the opposite bank, careful watching was necessary. And there were few people there.

  4. The victim of the shooting, Mr. Kunimatsu, restored health to some extent. Four years later, he left Japan as ambassador to Switzerland. It was unusual for a bureaucrat who had suffered serious wound to work overseas. Japan never needed his international contribution.

Tenrikyo and Aum Shinrikyo

I am not an atheist. I know that religions have contributed the development of the human beings. I don't support any religious organizations in Japan. They don't deserve to be respected. I don't mean those religions are meaningless but I mean most faithfuls in Japan are fake believers.
Tenrikyo is a Japanese religion founded in the 19th century that emphasizes salvation through good works, sacred dance, and healing. I don't know much about Tenrikyo, so I have no comments about it. But I have once been confused by a Tenrikyo family when I was a junior high school student. They are the only Tenrikyo believers I have ever met. But now I understand that their attitude toward me was so-called homegoroshi, a special Japanese tactic, which Japanese are used to. It means “to give you some praise, make you dizzy and become useful to me”.

My family got a new house in the suburbs of Kagoshima City in 1966. Until then, we had lived in the apartment. To tell the truth, there were intentional noises and roughhouse in my neighbors. But we never talked about the harassment but we only endured. Maybe my parents intentionally avoided such ominous topics in front of their children. Maybe they were unaware of the real purpose of the harassment, though they were actually annoyed. For example, when we walked on the street, my father always walked ahead of us in several meters. My parents never walked alongside with each other. I thought that it was strange, but I didn't know the reason. Today, after 30years of experience of stalking harassment, I understand that my parents tried to keep their children completely-unaware of their being the victims of the stalking harassment. They rarely quarrelled. My father was, if anything, under the control of my mother.

When I was in the second grade of junior high school, things became very noisy around me. There was a poster contest in a traffic safety campaign. They were co-sponsored by the police and the local business community. An art teacher encouraged me to create a poster for the contest, though I was never good at painting. I won the first prize. An art club was created almost for me. But I refused to be the leader. But I was forced to be its member. I always tried to avoid the club activities.

There had been built residences of the Japan Coast Guard in my neighborhood. Among the residents, there was a classmate of my younger brother. His family was Tenrikyo believers. The family was devoted to baseball and they created a baseball team. I unwillingly became the leader of the team. I almost got the top marks in my class (Excuse me, I never intend to boast of my past. I never think that smart people are good people. But I really want you to know the reality in Japan). But I forgot the next year's entrance examination.

The next year, I took the entrance examination of one the most prestigious senior high schools in the prefecture. I passed the examination, but the result was just above the pass mark. I had no doubts at that time. But today, I finally have realized that the police, the military and bureaucrats have something to do with troubles around me all the time. These events were just the tip of the iceberg.

It is particularly worth noting that the most serious and most extensive bullying in the school is the Japanese style "fake compliment". The school bullying reported by the media is just a red herring. The media coverage of school bullying was too real for ordinary Japanese to suspect that they are the victims of the trick.

The purpose of the government is to ensure that children of specific families proceed to higher education in due course. Nuisances are excluded by hook or by crook. In my case, there were always such children, particularly those of police families.

※ The Japan Coast Guard residences were demolished several years ago, when I began to suspect their conspiracy. Since then, bulldozers and dump trucks frequently moved in the vacant lot only to annoy us. I asked the workers what they were doing. But soon after, policemen came to my office and said that there had been an emergency call and that I had hit someone. I never gave up. I investigated the land's owner and I called the Ministry of Finance. But they said that they rented the land to the municipal government. I called the city office. But they said again that they allowed construction companies to use the land for keeping building materials. But they were actually digging the land everyday. Finally I made a complaint in the Internet and then they gave up. But this harassment continued to another harassment.
By the way, it is said that Oshio Heihachiro ran away after the rebellion and that he blew himself up. On his last place, a Tenrikyo temple stands, with a monument describing about him alongside of it. The Tenrikyo founder appeared a year after Oshio's death. Omoto-kyo, which was founded almost the same era, is another similar cult. They have many things in common. Aum Shinrikyo is said to be another Omoto-kyo. Historically speaking, these two cults are very similar.

It is never a coincidence that the two policemen's rebellions have many things in common. Recently in Japan, we often hear the phrase "Samurai Japan". Japan is yet controlled by shadow samurai headquarters. All the bureaucrats and politicians are just temporary staff or professional hypocrites created by the samurai system. Japan has been practicing this tradition time and time again.

Death Merchant

It is believed that wars break out accidentally and that the warfare capability usually determines which side will win. However, the reality is not that simple.

In general, the following three factors are necessary to win the war.
  1. bond of solidarity of people and army

  2. arms and weapons

  3. expenses of war
As you know the importance of solidarity, let me skip the explanation. The problem is the weaponry and the cost. They are not that simple.

The supply of weapons must be secret. When the supply is exposed to the enemy, the war becomes meaningless. Secret supply of weapons in the large scale is desirable. But the payment for the weapons is problematic.

For example, think about a drug deal scene. The drug dealer brings the drug and the buyer brings money. But the money may be false and the drug may be fake. So, without trust between each other, their deal often fails at the last moment. But if there is a third party observer, the deal can be much safer. Banks usually play the role of the observer in the international business trade.
Viktor Bout
interview from prison

Russian arms dealer
Viktor Bout

In the case of the weapon deal, both the bank and the dealer are necessary. If a man plays the both roles, things are much better. The supply of weapons determined the victory in the Boshin War and the Russo-Japanese War. In fact, death merchants determined the war.

Modern weapons are expensive and they are traded only between countries. But weapons and money yet determines the battle in the conflicts between minor countries or the terrorists' attacks. To put it the other way around, weapon dealers who only intend to make money try to finance the war cost, and to supply weapons, to the both sides of the battle.

In general, battles are supposed to end soon. The odds increase, as the battle goes on. So, it is suspected that some weapon dealers balanced the war behind the stage in the World War I or in the Iran-Iraq War. And lengthy civil wars in Africa are some examples.

If the weapon dealers are independent, that's the case. However, if another country is involved, the story becomes different. In this case, they can take advantage of free money laundering and unlimited transport of weapons.

Use-by Date of Weapons

Like everyday goods, weapons have use-by dates. When they are expired, those weapons are not available in the battle field. They can be used, but if they fail to explode, the result will be serious. So, the military has to dismantle the same amount of expired weapons as that of newly procured weapons. The trouble is that, like industrial waste, it is very costly to dispose of them.

Embezzlement of the Cost of Disposal

Recycling industry is a strange business. In the business, they exchange money and goods. But, in the recycling, money goes with the goods. In other words, the prices of the goods are negative. So, dishonest dealers simply throw away the waste though they have received the necessary cost for the disposal.

The same thing happens in the military. Some military commanders simply throw away expired weapons due to lack of cost. Some may pocket the disposal cost allocated by the government. Some may go so far as to put those weapons on the black market. The scale of the deal will be huge. Here, death merchants find profitable opportunities.

Blatant Arms Smuggling

Most of those death merchants are said to be Russians. Among them, Viktor Bout stood out conspicuously. He collected a lot of end-of-life civil aviation aircraft (a bone yard in the US) for next to nothing and then sold them to terrorist groups in African countries. Sometimes he flew dozens of airplanes in formation. Empty aircraft transportation is costly and aircraft traders usually get other cargoes on the planes. But Bout transported huge amount of weapons and ammunitions to every corner of the world under the cover of aircraft trade. He supplied weapons to al-Qaeda and the Taliban, too.

Criminals' Haven

Russia is a haven for death merchants. Politicians and the media are corrupt and criminals often get away with their crimes with ease. In addition, Russia has not extradition treaties with developed countries including the US. Moreover, article six of Russian constitution prohibits extradition. I want to say, "What a country is Russia?" But, in fact, Japan has a similar law, too. The Japanese extradition law prohibits the extradition of Japanese nationals. In other words, Japanese can get away with homicide in foreign countries, if they escape into Japan. This law was applied to the Japanese embassy hostage crisis and a murder case of a Japanese woman in Los Angeles. Japan has extradition treaties with only two countries, the US and South Korea. Japan is almost an undeveloped country from the viewpoint of safety. The UK, France, the US and South Korea has extradition treaties, with 115, 96, 69 and 25 foreign countries, respectively.

Some death merchants are deeply linked to the Japanese covert operation, such as the Russian revolution and the activities of Aum Shinrikyo cult. You may think that weapons deal requires a lot of manpower. In fact, if a dealer has enough money and some communication tools, he can mobilize many people and a lot of supplies.

Today strict regulation on tax haven, which is said to have been the breeding ground of money laundering, has gained momentum. But criminals' haven must be eradicated, too.

Obama's Visit to Iraq and L'Aquila earthquake

You may notice a hard-hitting pun. But this pun is more strongly felt by Japanese. They pronounce Iraq and L'Aquila as "i-ra-ku" and "ra-ku-I-ra", respectively. So it is a little bit beyond imagination for Americans, Europeans and Muslims. The pun is all the more insidious. Anyway, the earthquake was an artificial earthquake.

L'Aquila is a city in central Italy with the population of about 70,000. It is the capital city of the Province of L'Aquila. Italians may not feel that the name of the city is similar to "Iraq". But they can understand the pun somehow. The precursor of the earthquake began around February 22, 2009. US President Obama had assumed the presidency on January 20. It was the matter of time before he visited Iraq as well as Europe. The precursive tremors were just a trick for the purpose of letting people believe that the earthquake was a natural phenomenon.

the Chuetsu Earthquake and the Fukuoka Earthquake

Two United States Secretaries of State, Condoleezza Rice and Colin Powell were greeted by earthquakes in Japan. When former US President George W. Bush paid a surprising visit to Iraq, the visit was devastating at last. This time, the conspirators had predicted that Obama would fly over Italy. But Obama foiled the plot, stopping over in Prague on his way to Iraq.

This terrorism shows that the president's surprise visit had gone detected. It is no surprise. Although in secret, President's travel needs a lot of preparation and manpower.
There are quite a few opportunities for information leakage through the mobilization of security staff, the booking of accommodation, the deployment of jet fighters that are used for confusing terrorists, and so on. To make matters worse, excellent spies are usually living very close to the target. Japan has intelligence satellites and even the slight change of US jet fighters' move can be detectable from the space.

Japan's Conspiracy (146)

Stalin and Ringo Starr

I'm not a hard-core Beatles fan. But I love some of their music. Now that I have not been interested in their private lives very much so far, I have to say that I am unfamiliar with their history even now.

But I have found a cruel pun related to The Beatles. This is a hypothesis and it is you who decides whether it is part of a conspiracy or not.

It all started with the Japanese Wikipedia's site "April 3".
April 3, 1922 - Joseph Stalin becomes the first General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.

April 3, 1952 - TBS Radio & Communications starts a radio program "Girl in the apple garden" in Japan. And its theme song "Ringo Oiwake (Apple Oiwake Folk Song)" becomes a big hit.

※ Please keep in mind that RINGO means apple in Japanese.
At this moment, I didn't feel any connection between "Stalin" and "apple". But I remembered another apple song, "Ringo no Uta (The Apple Song)". This song was released on October 10, 1945. I was surprised because October 10 is not an ordinary date for Japan.

October 10, 1945

On this day, many big events occurred in the Far East. And there was a consistent trend among them. They indicated the Japanese transformation from the Pacific War to the anti-American conspiracy.

The Love Suicides at Amijima

Stalin Truman
  1. The Japanese government released 3,000 political prisoners who had been arrested under wartime repressive laws.

  2. The Japanese Combined Fleet was formally dissolved.

  3. The Apple Song was released. It was one of the most popular songs during the postwar period in Japan.

  4. The Double Tenth Agreement was concluded after negotiations following Japan's surrender. It is formally known as the Summary of Conversations Between the Representatives of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China.

In the end, however, the both sides neglected it. And the reason why the agreement was suddenly reached on this day was inexplicable.

  5. On June 30, 1949 the Workers Party of North Korea was founded. However, North Korea considers October 10, 1945 as the "Party Foundation Day", neglecting foreign historians' criticism.

Ringo Starr

Among the information above, the word "apple" was strange. Except the two songs above, I have never heard of songs referring to the apple. The Apple Song begins with the words "I kiss a red apple....." But I wondered why the apple was chosen. And the apple was described as "a red apple", though every apple is red. Then one riddle was solved. The song was a communist anthem. Yet the riddle why the apple was chosen for representing the color red remained unsolved. But the other song exposed the secret.

Stalin and Truman Were at Love Suicide

Harry Truman left the White House on January 20, 1953. On the other hand, Joseph Stalin died on March 5, 1953, which was January 20, 1953 in the Japanese calendar. But there was a hidden message in the coincidence.

Ringo(Apple) was Pun on Red Flag and Stalin

Ringo Oiwake (Apple Oiwake Folk Song) was released on April 3, 1952. The song became a big hit. But the day was the thirtieth anniversary of Stalin's appointment to the post of General Secretary. The singer of the song was Hibari Misora, one of the most popular singers in Japan. But there are assertions that she had special relations with North Korean regime.

Finally, Pun on Stalin and Ringo Starr

As a matter of course, I came up with the name of Ringo Starr. Though I never expected, I was surprised at his birthday. He was born on July 7, 1940. July 7 is Qi Xi, a Chinese STAR FESTIVAL. It is sometimes called Chinese Valentine's Day in recent years. It's hardly possible that Ringo Starr knew the Chinese tradition and chose the nickname "star"(actually he added one more "r"). But probably he was chosen due to his birthday and his name. There are quite a few similar cases. July 7 is an important day for Japan's destruction of the Chinese culture. I investigated a little more.

Ringo Starr's real name is Richard Starkey. It is said that he gained the nickname Ringo because of the rings he wore, but this story seems to be a little far-fetched. I don't feel any English nuance in the word "Ringo". I used a Google search to find the case examples but I couldn't find any web sites that use Ringo for meanings other than his name "Ringo Starr" or apples. If the pun was created only for Japanese, it may be an excellent one. Other Beatles members didn't use any stage names. I feel that something was unnatural when he replaced Pete Best as The Beatles' drummer.

On July 7, 1940, when Ringo Starr was born, "Restriction Order of Using Precious Metal" was issued by the Japanese government in preparation for the war. But the order indicates Ringo Starr, who wore luxurious rings. The coincidence didn't stop there.

The day was June 3 in the Japanese calendar. And on June 3, 1940, the Luftwaffe bombed Paris, and the Battle of Dunkirk ended with a German victory and with Allied forces in full retreat. The coincidence reminds me of that with John Lennon. John Lennon was born on October 9, 1940, when St. Paul's Cathedral in the City of London was hit by a bomb During a night-time air raid by the German Luftwaffe.

Vengeful Japan

Japan's vengeance against The Beatles is abnormal. Let me show some of them below.
  1. The Beatles went to Japan only once. On July 2, 1966, they were welcomed at first by two typhoons one after another.

  2. Assassination of John Lennon and the attack on Pearl Harbor

  3. The arrests of Paul McCartney and Shintaro Kastu

Suspicions about the date of George Harrison's death

I checked The Beatles members' birthday. George Harrison died on November 29, 2001. I remembered the news about his death some weeks after the 9.11 attack. I knew that it was somebody's birthday, but I just couldn't remember who the person was. The person was Jacques Chirac. France's obsession for the Olympic Games, music, the UK, the US and Japan is extraordinary. There are more than a few well-known people who mysteriously died after the treatment at the French hospital.

This story seems to be endless. So, let me end it with one more suspicion.

Death of Hibari Misora

Hibari Misora died on June 24, 1989. But both the year 1989 and the date June 24 have historical significance in France. Some Japanese still remember the inexplicable media report about her death.
  1. Year 1989 was the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution. The world was involved in a variety of social upheavals including Tiananmen Square protests of 1989.

  2. June 23 is Olympic Day, but few people know that the Olympic Games have been actually controlled by France. Until France took the initiative, there had been a variety of conspiracies. The International Olympic Committee is based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Its official languages are English and French. But everyday language in Lausanne is French. This region is included in the French culture. Surprisingly enough, the Olympic Hymn was actually reproduced by a Japanese symphony orchestra in 1958 according to Japanese Wikipedia. In fact, the story to the hymn is suspicious. As some history has shown, Japan isn't worthy of trust.

June 24 is another important day for the IOC. The IOC decided to hold the Olympic Games every four years on June 24, 1894. A Teresa Teng's concert was going to be held in Japan on June 24, 1989, but the concert was canceled, officially due to the outbreak of the Tiananmen Square protests.

Stalin's Secrets (1)

I talked about the pun on Stalin's name in the previous page, but I happened to find an outrageous secret about him while I was investigating his personal history. I was stunned, but it is a mysterious story and I would like to say that it is you who determine whether this story is true or not.

The story is partly based on hypotheses and it requires many sentences to verify them. So, I show the story here, mostly abbreviating the verification. The story goes back at least 400 years to the Edo period.

French Revolution, and Contact between Japan and Russia

I have already described that Japan was obsessed with the French Revolution. But the contact between the Tokugawa Shogunate and Russia was the most conspicuous.

The struggle for independence from Great Britain gathered momentum in the 18th century in the North American continent. The Boston Tea Party occurred in 1773. This protest developed into the American Revolutionary War in 1775.
The Meiji Restoration

Matsudaira Sadanobu

The Alaskan territory was a threat to Russia to some extent. But Russia saw Alaska as the last chance for expanding its territory. Russia immediately dispatched an expedition to Alaska. Grigory Shelikhov went on an expedition to the Kuril Islands and the Aleutian Islands in 1775. The Tokugawa Shogunate knew this Russian move. Nikolai Rezanov, who was the private secretary to Catherine II of Russia and married Shelikhov's daughter, took over the Shelikhov-Golikov Fur Company.

A Japanese ship landed one of Aleutian Islands in 1782. On his way to Irkutsk, Daikokuya Kodayu, one of the castaways, met a French explorer in Kamchatka in 1789. The Tokugawa Shogunate must have known this. On the other hand, the Tokugawa Shogunate started to cut down pine trees and built a large fish factory on Kunashir Island in 1788. Japanese abused Ainu people as if they had been slaves.
Ainu girls who reached a marriageable age were sent to Kunashir Island. Japanese fishermen made playthings of them. Married Ainu women were forced into sex slaves for Japanese guards. Male Ainu had to work as forced laborers in isolated islands for 5 or 10 years. Young Ainu were almost unable to marry. As the result, the Ainu population in the region was reduced by half from about 2000 to about 1000. The decrease in population continued. The number of Ainu population drastically decreased from 955 in 1980 to 381 in 1991 in Kitami, for example.
Ainu attacked Japanese on Kunashiri island in May, 1789 (Menashi-Kunashir Rebellion). Reasons for the revolt are believed to include poisoned sake being given to Ainu in a loyalty ceremony, and other objectionable behavior by Japanese traders. The Japanese executed 37 Ainu identified as conspirators and arrested many others on July 21, 1789.

In the meantime, the French Revolution broke out. The Storming of the Bastille in Paris occurred on July 14, 1789. Although it took several months to communicate between Japan and Europe at that time, the coincidence is really bizarre.

In 1792, Adam Laxman came to Japan, demanding the trade concessions from the Tokugawa shogunate in exchange for returning two Japanese castaways to Japan. The senior councilor of the Tokugawa Shogunate, Matsudaira Sadanobu, gave him papers that explicitly stated that Nagasaki would welcome one Russian ship and that foreign ships were not allowed to dock anywhere else in the country. Unfortunately, however, Matsudaira was forced to resign due to a completely different reason the next year. A conflict had occurred between the Imperial court and the Tokugawa Shogunate in 1791. After his resignation, Matsudaira returned to his homeland.

General Comments

These historical events seem to have nothing to do with each other. But once we compare them with current events, undeniable Japanese conspiracies come out. They are beyond all recognition and it takes a lot of contents to convince all the people. So, I only list up important points here. I think some other related sites will offer you more details.
  1. Some historians say that Japan used to be an isolated country. In fact, since around the 15th century, there had been many Japanese travelling abroad. It is a matter of no importance whether their records have been kept until today or not. Japanese pirates or Wakou are one example. Some Japanese must have migrated even to Europe. It seems unlikely that shrewd Japanese missed the chance of making money.

  2. Japanese created Japantowns in Southeast Asia. But they generated massive protests from the regions. The Tokugawa Shogunate introduced an isolationist policy and Japanese influence in the regions superficially dwindled. At that time there were quite a few covert ninja forces in Japan. The Tokugawa Shogunate dispatched such special ninjas abroad (Saigo Takamori was actually such a ninja). In Europe, Japanese ninja strategy was very successful.

  3. Their jobs were intelligence, sabotage and money laundering, no different from contemporary spies. But the most conspicuous was one of their jobs, having babies. It was to marry local women and to leave children between them as their prospective collaborators. Their living costs were covered by Japan through periodical payments. For Japan, it was less costly than the warfare.

  4. When the word "reform" is used in the Japanese politics, conspiracies are carried out in diplomatic negotiations and wars behind the stage. Three major reforms under the Tokugawa Shogunate such as the Kyoho Reforms, the Kansei Reforms and the Tenpo Reforms always included conspiracies in negotiations with foreign countries on the other side of the Japanese history. There have been a variety of conspiracies on the other side of recent political reforms such as the structural reforms of the Koizumi Cabinet.

The political reforms in the 1860s were called the "Meiji Restoration" because of its large scale of reforms and the transformation of the Japanese society from the samurai culture to the Western culture. But, in fact, its nature was exactly the same as the past three reforms and also the current structural reforms. Let me talk about them in detail later.

Comments on the Kansei Reforms

The real purpose of the Kansei Reforms was to temporize the Russian efforts to pry open Japan. But Japan was eager to regain the Japanese castaways who had traveled around Russia and had had an audience with the
Russian empress, in order to get detailed information within Russia. Just for this purpose, Japan faked its politics and completely deceived Russia.
  1. At that time, Japanese castaways on the coast of Russian territory caused diplomatic embarrassment for Japan. Russia had downgraded its eastern territory. But Russia suddenly showed deep concern about Japan. America became independent in 1776 and it raised the possibility that a great power emerges on the northeastern Pacific coast. In 1705, Russia had established a Japanese language school in Saint Petersburg and had invited Japanese castaways as teachers. In 1753, Russia had removed the school to Irkutsk, had employed more Japanese teachers and had prepared for the future negotiations with Japan.

  2. In 1787, 14-year-old Tokugawa Ienari was inaugurated as the 11th shogun of the Tokugawa government, and Matsudaira Sadanobu was named chief councilor of the Shogunate. In fact, this combination was part of the conspiracy in which Japan attempted to get through the tough negotiations with Russia by means of a two-faced policy.
This kind of conspiracy is repeated in the Japanese politics even today. In other words, Japan tries to get the most concessions from its counterpart in exchange for evasive promises. For example, they say, "Since the shogun was a minor, he was incompetent", "The senior council has been dismissed", "The promise was very personal and invalid", "The senior council has died", or "The government has been replaced and the current government is no more responsible for the past promises." Japan makes careful preparations so that its counterpart cannot detect its hypocrisy.
This time, the Tokugawa Shogunate fabricated a scenario in which Matsudaira stands at the forefront as the supreme leader of Japan and disappears soon after making some concessions. Of course he knew all the tricks. These kinds of tricks are frequently carried out by the current Japanese government, too. Let me talk about today's Japanese hypocrisy later.

In 1787, Matsudaira triggered a confrontation between the Tokugawa government and the Imperial court (All the story was a setup). This confrontation lingered.

  3. Russia took a tactics in which they hand over Japanese castaways to Japan in exchange for the trade between Russia and Japan. On the other hand, Japan got the information from the French explorer who had visited Irkutsk.

  4. In 1789, diplomatic tensions between Russia and Japan were heightened. Japan instigated the French Revolution so that Russia was stuck in the European wars. Japan usually spends dozens of years for preparing such revolutions. Many Japanese descendants in Europe were mobilized. It is really an unbelievable story. But I believe the story. Let me talk about it in detail later.

  5. Nevertheless, Russia strongly demanded the opening of Japan in 1792. Japan thought that Russia's demand was irresistible. Matsudaira finally made a concession and allowed Russia to trade with Japan. But it was actually a trick and temporization.

Japan's conspiracy in Europe continued until Russia gives up. The conspiracy is continued even today.

  6. In 1793, Matsudaira was suddenly dismissed because of conflict with the Imperial court (It was a trick). Then, his promise was officially regarded as invalid.

  7. However, Rezanov, not knowing what had happened in Japan, came to Nagasaki in Japan. But Japan bought time and drove away his ship in 1804. Then he believed that Russia should invade Japan for trade. He traveled again to Saint Petersburg to meet the empress but he died on the way in 1807 (I suspect that he was poisoned). In May, Rezanov's successor, Khvostov, attacked the largest Japanese settlement on Iturup.

Japan prepared for a full-fledged war. But Russia had a serious reason to give up, on the other side of the country.

  8. In France, a hero suddenly appeared in December, 1804. Napoleon ascended to the throne. Since then, Europe was involved in wars. He attacked Moscow with a vast force in 1812.

  9. In 1904, 100 years after the full-fledged conflict between Russia and Japan, the Russo-Japanese War broke out and Japan got its revenge on Russia.

There is a clear connection between the historical events. It may be too early to decide that they are the results of Japan's conspiracy, but once you refer to other historical events, I believe you will begin to believe in the Japanese conspiracy.

In 1635, the Tokugawa Shogunate enforced a policy which it called sakoku. The policy prohibited Japanese who lived abroad from returning to Japan. It was the cause of the problem.
In seas close to Japan, hundreds of ships are wrecked every year. Many Chinese ships are washed ashore on the Kyushu Island. Although the Japanese media rarely report foreign castaways, I know many cases through foreign media.
Under the isolation policy, the number of Japanese overseas increased unexpectedly. The Tokugawa Shogunate could dispatch ninjas and could kill secretly the troublesome Japanese overseas. In fact, some Japanese in the Southeast Asia tried to attack their homeland with the help of local people in Southeast Asia.

The original purpose of dispatching ninjas was to control Japanese overseas. But their mission gradually changed. Japan finally created the international ninja network which was almost the same as their domestic network. Today, some terrorists are included in such people.

In the crisis, some political heroes in Japan share some characteristics. They are included in a minor group, suddenly get a lot of popularity and deal with important political issues. They simply disappear or simply are politically eliminated in the end (Matsudaira Sadanobu, Ii Naosuke, Saigo Takamori, Okubo Toshimichi, Shigenori Togo, Hideki Tojo, Nobusuke Kishi, Kakuei Tanaka, Yasuhiro Nakasone, Junichiro Koizumi, and so on).

The Commodore of the U.S. Navy Matthew C. Perry, who compelled the opening of Japan to the West with the Convention of Kanagawa in 1854, described Japan in his book "Narrative of the expedition of an American squadron to the China seas and Japan", as follows.
It is urgent to send spies all the time.

Compared to other Asians, Japanese are sly and insidious. They are very good at temporizing, particularly procrastinating negotiations.

When Japan procrastinates negotiations, there are always reasons and conspiracies. They buy time and try to get their revenge in a roundabout way. Unfortunately Perry didn't know that far.

Rezanov died a year after he left Japan and Perry died four years after he left Japan. Another American diplomat Townsend Harris became ill during his stay in Japan.

This kind of trend has been persistently seen in Japan. The current Japanese government has maintained Japanese conspiracy tradition to the full. Here I insist that Japan is still controlled by the samurai imperial headquarters.
