December 10, 1896 - ★(death) Alfred Nobel, Swedish inventor and founder of the Nobel Prize.
※
Nobel was destined to be connected to the "taiho" or the cannon. He was born on September 9, 1833 in the Japanese calendar. But the day was the 1132th anniversary of the issuance of the Code of Taiho (September 9, 701). "Taiho" and "Cannon" was the pun.
In addition, he was born on October 21, 1833. The day was the 233rd anniversary of the Battle of Sekigahara (October 21, 1600). At that battle, many cannons were used.
But the story doesn't stop there. When he was born, "Cannon" was engraved on his name.
Later, the Japanese government decided to fire the cannon at noon everyday at the Edo Castle on September 9, 1871 in the Japanese calendar.
On September 9, 1940 in the Japanese calendar, British musician and songwriter John Lennon was born. But he was connected to a historic explosion. On that day, the dome of St. Paul's Cathedral, the second largest dome in Europe after St. Peter's in Rome, was pierced by a Nazi bomb. And there is more to it than that. The name of John Lennon was the pun on "Nobel" and "Gohou" or "noonday cannon".
All in all, both Alfred Nobel and John Lennon were artful puppets Japan created. And Probably, John Lennon was a descendant of Nobel.
