1998 - ◆Sixty-seven local residents suffer from arsenic poisoning in Japan.
At a summer festival in the Sonobe district of the city of Wakayama, some participants began vomiting violently immediately after eating the curry.
It is obvious that the mass poisoning was carried out in commemoration of the oldest blood signature in Japan. The statement with the blood signature was made on July 25, 1338 (Koki 1998).
※
The poisoning began in the Sonobe district of Wakayama City at about 5:50 p.m. on July 25, 1998. But the day was June 3 in the Japanese traditional calendar, and on that day the world's deadliest high-speed train accident occurred in Germany. But it was not the only coincidence. There was a 7-hour time difference between Germany and Japan. In fact, the train accident occurred at 10:59 a.m. German time (5:59 p.m. Japan time).
Japan is 8 hours ahead of Germany. But the daylight-saving time had been introduced in Germany in 1980. At the time of the train accident, the time difference between Japan and Germany was 7 hours.
The same timing should not have been a mere coincidence. In the light of a variety of coincidental events and disasters on July 25, 1998, the train disaster is thought to have been planned beforehand.
※
Moreover, 100 years ago on September 10, 1898 (July 25, 1898 in the traditional Japanese calendar), Empress Elizabeth of Austria was assassinated by Luigi Lucheni. It is highly probable that the assassination itself was Japan's conspiracy. Thus, naturally, the arsenic poisoning incident in Wakayama also commemorated the 100th anniversary of the assassination of Empress Elizabeth of Austria.

August 11, 1338 - ◆Kikuchi Takeshige makes Yoriaishu Naidan no Koto.
It is the rules of decision within Kikuchi clan with blood signature (keppanjo).
Kikuchi Takeshige was one of the leaders of the Kikuchi Clan, a powerful daimyo family of Kyushu. The Kikuchi lineage was renowned for its valiant service in defense of the emperor and against foreign invaders.
In order to strengthen Kikuchi clan, Kikuchi Takeshige made Yoriaishu Naidan no Koto, shortly before he died in 1338, meaning the rules of decision within Kikuchi clan with blood signature. This was translated into the Kikuchi Constitution, the oldest blood signature and this was stored in the Kikuchi Shrine.
It is obvious that the mass poisoning in July 25 1998 was carried out in commemoration of the blood signature. The document with blood signature was made in the village community. And the mass poisoning occurred at a community festival. In fact the yaer 1338 was Koki year 1998 in the Japanese traditional calendar.
Keppanjo, or blood signature, is a statement of oath. When the oath is made, the person cuts his or her finger and leaves their blood under their signature.
