The Meiji Restoration was totally a fake revolution. The surrender of the samurai government was a put-up job in order only to deceive the subject people. There was more to it than that. Saigo Takamori was a spy who was secretly employed by the Imperial clan and the Tokyo samurai government. Saigo was said to have been born and brought up in Kagoshima. But Saigo totally destroyed Buddhist temples and related treasuries in Kagoshima. Particularly a lot of metal was secretly sent to Tokyo and was used for building new battleships for the Meiji government.

The massacre was Japan's conspiracy in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of enacting the Law of Public Meetings (April 5, 1880). The massacre occurred on April 5, 1980 in the Japanese calendar. The South Korean government probably collaborated with the conspiracy.
